Each plan has a flat monthly (or discounted yearly) subscription that includes unlimited users and a set number of call flows and included calls. On top of that you pay only for usage, phone numbers and per-minute charges billed at cost through Twilio. No long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
What does “+ usage” mean?
Usage covers your phone numbers and call minutes: local numbers from $1.15/mo, toll-free $2/mo, and $0.0225 per minute (billed via Twilio). Call recording storage is $0.0005/minute. You only pay for what you actually use.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
What is Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI)?
DNI automatically swaps the phone number shown on your website based on how each visitor arrived (campaign, keyword, or source), so every call is attributed to the marketing that drove it. DNI is included on the Professional and Agency plans.
Can I track calls from Google and Microsoft Ads?
Yes. The Professional and Agency plans include direct Google Ads and Microsoft Ads integrations plus Zapier, so call conversions flow straight into your ad platforms and the rest of your stack.
