Can I bill my clients directly through the platform?

Yes. Assign a price per call or per number for each client, connect Stripe or PayPal, and the platform auto-invoices and auto-bills their cards. Non-payers are suspended automatically, and you can dispute and remove junk calls before they're billed. You set the prices; you keep the margin.

How much margin can I make as a reseller?

That's up to you — there's no revenue share and no per-client fee. The Agency plan is a flat $199/mo with usage billed at cost (local numbers around $1/mo, toll-free $2/mo, under 3¢ per minute).
